What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a form of manual healthcare that focuses on the structure and function of the body, and how they work together to support health and movement.
Osteopathic treatment uses hands-on techniques to assess and support the muscles, joints, and connective tissues, with the aim of improving mobility, reducing discomfort, and supporting the body’s natural ability to adapt and recover.
Treatment is always tailored to the individual, taking into account their symptoms, medical history, and overall physical wellbeing.
